About the position
RAYUS Radiology is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to support the Accounts Payable team three days a week. This hybrid role offers flexibility with the opportunity to work from home, while requiring at least one day in the office at the newly renovated St. Louis Park location. The position involves various tasks related to accounts payable and tax payment support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Responsibilities
- Answer Accounts Payable group e-mails and phone calls received internally and externally
- Open and distribute the department mail
- Contact vendors to pay invoices via purchasing-card
- Contact new vendors for W-9's and business agreements, if applicable
- Assist with monthly purchasing-card statement audits
- Review all vendor statements, ensuring all accounts are up to date
- Assist with monthly purchasing-card reconciliations
- Process unclaimed property as requested by the tax department
- Process tax department incurred professional service invoices
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
