About the position
RAYUS Radiology is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to support the Accounts Payable team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing for remote work while requiring at least one day in the office each week. The position involves managing vendor communications, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reconciliations, all aimed at ensuring efficient accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer Accounts Payable group e-mails and phone calls received internally and externally
- Open and distribute the department mail
- Contact vendors to pay invoices via purchasing-card
- Contact new vendors for W-9's and business agreements, if applicable
- Assist with monthly purchasing-card statement audits
- Review all vendor statements, ensuring all accounts are up to date
- Assist with monthly purchasing-card reconciliations
- Process unclaimed property as requested by the tax department
- Process tax department incurred professional service invoices
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
