About the position

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process for an energy infrastructure client. This role involves processing invoices, preparing tax forms, and maintaining vendor relations, all while ensuring a high level of organization and communication within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Compiling and sorting accounts payable documents
  • Processing invoices
  • Preparing tax form 1099
  • Supporting vendor relations including W-9 collection
  • Handling payment inquiries
  • Assisting with vendor credit applications

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience handling accounts payable invoices
  • Experience handling 1099 tax forms
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
