  • Record and reconcile credit card transactions.

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain vendor files, including current rates and payments for maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping contracts.
  • Order accounting supplies such as checks and deposit slips.
  • File necessary documents.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cash handling and cash management.
  • Familiarity with accruals and cash posting.
