About The Position

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for managing the accounts payable process at American International College. This role involves entering accounts payable data into the system, preparing checks, responding to vendor inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. The coordinator will also assist the Finance Department with cash planning and ensure compliance with the College's accounts payable procedures.
