About The Position
The Accounts Payable Disbursement Specialist at Americold is responsible for managing payment processing, account reconciliation, reporting, supplier management, compliance, and process improvement within the accounts payable function. This role ensures timely and accurate disbursements to suppliers while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The specialist will also identify opportunities for process efficiencies and collaborate with the accounting team to enhance workflows.
