About the position

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and reconciling the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This position focuses on identifying discrepancies, overseeing corporate card administration, and supporting finance projects while recommending process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily and month-end reconciliations of the general ledger.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Oversee Corporate Card Administration.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to enhance audit reviews of higher risk transactions.
  • Support various assigned finance projects.
  • Proactively recommend process improvements based on technical expertise.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX compliance, best practices, and IRS regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and IRS regulations.
