This position will be critical & a very unique opportunity within the organization. Candidates with experience working in a dealership accounting office is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

• Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
• Post accounts payable invoices
• Record and maintain all 1099 information
• Process 1099 year end forms and reports
• Process accounts payable payments in a timely manner
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
• Submit Extended Warranty claims and maintain corresponding schedule
• Post dealer reserve statements and log adjustments
• Report the sale of new and used Volvo's to the manufacturer
• Log sold deals, post funding notices, and payoff floor plan balances
• Backup our receptionist with phones when she's away from her desk
• Be cross-trained on posting daily cash and credit card deposit
• May include some other responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk
• Proven track record
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Team-oriented
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• Professional personal appearance
• Valid driver's license
