About the position

The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist at Matick Toyota is responsible for managing the financial transactions related to accounts payable and receivable. This role involves posting vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments, all while contributing to a supportive and fun work environment.

Responsibilities

• Post vendor invoices
• Reconcile receivables and related accounting schedules
• Issue checks for payment
• Order office supplies
• Act as a backup to our Biller and Typist as needed

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in accounts receivable
• 5 years of experience in accounts payable
• Basic computer skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
