Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in all accounting functions
- Utilize accounting software systems for efficient processing of customer credit applications
- Maintain and update customer credit records in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system
- Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts in a timely manner
- Use ADP - Financial Services for monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions
- Implement accrual accounting principles in handling accounts payable (AP)
- Code account information accurately for easy tracking and auditing
- Use Concur for managing and processing expenses
- Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions for customers
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Account Coding is required.
- Experience with Accounting Software Systems is essential.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Concur is desired.
- Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
- Understanding of Accounting Functions is required.
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.
- Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is beneficial.
- Experience in Auditing is desirable.
- Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) is an advantage.
