Responsibilities

  • Oversee full cycle accounts payable procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform 3-way match tasks to verify invoices for payments.
  • Execute data entry tasks for maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
  • Utilize accounting software systems for processing and recording transactions.
  • Implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for managing and integrating the important parts of the business.
  • Carry out various accounting functions to support the finance department.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) to control company expenses.
  • Apply accrual accounting methods for recording revenues and expenses.
  • Conduct auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Must possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Accounting Functions
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) essential
  • Familiarity with Accrual Accounting principles
  • Prior experience in Auditing is a plus
