Responsibilities
- Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
- Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
- Providing assistance with vendor inquiries and preparing weekly check runs.
- Supporting other accounting functions as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, job costing, and accruals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
