Responsibilities

  • Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
  • Providing assistance with vendor inquiries and preparing weekly check runs.
  • Supporting other accounting functions as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, job costing, and accruals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
