Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
• Handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts and provide solutions
• Work with the accounts receivable team to generate monthly aging reports
• Post customer payments and manage cash applications
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies
• Utilize accounting software for billing and collections activities
• Handle credit-related tasks such as chargebacks, deductions, and claims
• Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Familiarity with Billing procedures
• Understanding of Cash Applications and Cash Collections
• Experience with Commercial Collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Experience with QuickBooks software
• Knowledge of SAP software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
