About the position

The Accounts Receivable Accountant at CIS is responsible for managing all accounts receivable and member balances due. This role involves reconciling individual member health insurance accounts and consulting with members regarding complex billing and eligibility systems. The position requires a mix of in-office and remote work, with initial training conducted in the Wilsonville office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all CIS Accounts Receivable and member balances due.
• Administer member revenue imports and reconcile customer ledger changes back to source data.
• Reconcile individual member health insurance accounts.
• Consult with members to help them understand billing and eligibility system outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred)
• 1 year of accounting experience (Required)
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel (Required)
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with financial report writing
• Proficient in data entry and accounting software.
