About the position

The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for managing all aspects of CIS Accounts Receivable and member balances. This role involves administering member revenue imports, reconciling customer ledger changes, and providing consultation to members regarding billing and eligibility systems. The position requires a mix of in-office and remote work, particularly during the initial training period.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all CIS Accounts Receivable and member balances due or owing.
• Administer member revenue imports and reconcile customer ledger changes back to source data.
• Spend time reconciling individual member health insurance accounts.
• Consult with members to help them understand complex billing and eligibility system outputs.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical skills to reconcile accounts and manage financial data.
• Excellent communication skills for consulting with members.
