About the position

AppleOne has partnered with an established company seeking well-rounded Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) candidates. The ideal candidate will assist with customer requests for invoices, proof of deliveries, statements, and other duties as assigned. This role involves processing all incoming and outgoing invoices, posting payments, and managing billing. It is crucial to ensure that all financial records are accurate and to resolve any discrepancies that may arise. The candidate will also assist with disputes and chargebacks, update credit card information, and manage the mailing of invoices to ensure timely delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to managing financial documentation and customer interactions, making it essential for the candidate to be detail-oriented and efficient in their work.

Responsibilities
