About the position

The Accounts Receivable Administrator at Lucky Enterprises is responsible for managing various accounting tasks related to rent and sales collection, security deposits, and updating accounts receivable data in QuickBooks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work closely with the Office Manager and Vice President to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks. The position is full-time and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).

Responsibilities

  • Manage rent collection and daily sales collection.
  • Handle security deposits and bank deposits.
  • Update accounts receivable data in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain file management and task management.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and Vice President to complete accounting tasks.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work.
  • Experience in the real estate field is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe PDF Software.
