About the position

The Accounts Receivable Analyst at Accelevation LLC is responsible for managing and processing the company's receivables to ensure uninterrupted cash flow and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. This role is crucial for safeguarding the company's financial health by monitoring aging accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating cash applications. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous mindset and a proactive approach to collections, utilizing ERP systems to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply customer payments to the correct invoices in Epicor and perform daily bank reconciliations related to receivables.
• Monitor aging reports to identify past-due accounts and take proactive measures for collection.
• Generate accurate and timely customer invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts and tax regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage and track accounts receivable and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections.
• Strong proficiency in ERP software (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with customers and internal teams.
