About the position

As an AR Analyst at ManpowerGroup, you will play a crucial role in reconciling complex financial accounts using SAP, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved with finesse. Your responsibilities will include managing B2B collections efforts, where your charm will be essential in resolving payments and building lasting relationships with clients. You will handle inquiries and payment discussions, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood. In addition to client interactions, you will team up with colleagues for month-end financial activities, ensuring that all processes are executed with accuracy and timeliness. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you create reports for management review, providing insights that drive decision-making. You will also be tasked with innovating reconciliation processes, aiming for greater efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Billing and Sales teams to tackle any invoicing errors that may arise. Your meticulous record-keeping will be complemented by a sprinkle of compliance insight, ensuring that all financial activities adhere to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP for accounts reconciliation and data analysis.
• Strong collection skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client relations.
• Familiarity with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Detail-oriented with strong detective skills for spotting discrepancies.
• Problem-solving skills for complex reconciliation challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player while also being independent in a dynamic environment.
