About the position

The Accounts Receivable Analyst at Electrolux is responsible for managing customer portfolios within a Global Shared Service environment, ensuring timely payment of receivables. This role involves collaboration with the Sales team and remote Shared Services Team to resolve customer disputes, manage collections, and minimize deductions. The analyst will also handle various accounts receivable duties, including issuing customer statements and participating in special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounts receivable duties using the HighRadius collection tool.
  • Analyze past due accounts daily and follow up on collection efforts by contacting customers regarding past due invoices.
  • Identify reasons for non-payment and develop resolution plans with customers and sales teams.
  • Attend weekly aging review meetings with the AR Supervisor to provide updates on past due accounts.
  • Review orders on credit hold and work through issues to ensure timely release of orders.
  • Use problem-solving skills to recommend resolutions for past due invoices and disputed items.
  • Compile and organize documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Pull supporting documentation for outstanding balances and provide to customers as needed.
  • Assist in areas outside of core responsibilities, including special projects.
  • Create and process credits and adjustments as needed.
  • Handle customer and sales requests in a timely manner via various communication methods.
  • Assist with Month End Close as needed.
  • Identify and recommend improvement ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1 or more years of business experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including V-Looks, H-Looks, and Pivot tables.
  • Ability to manage large complex customers in a Shared Service environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire for continuous learning.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
