About the position

As an AR Analyst at ManpowerGroup, you will play a crucial role in reconciling complex financial accounts using SAP, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved with finesse. Your responsibilities will include managing B2B collections efforts, where you will resolve payments while building lasting relationships with clients. You will handle inquiries and payment discussions with charm, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. In addition to client interactions, you will team up with colleagues for month-end financial activities, ensuring that all processes are accurate and timely. You will be responsible for creating reports for management review, providing insights into financial performance and reconciliation processes. Your innovative mindset will be key in enhancing reconciliation processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with the Billing and Sales teams to tackle any invoicing errors that may arise. Maintaining meticulous records will be part of your daily tasks, and you will also bring a sprinkle of compliance insight to ensure that all financial activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
