About the position

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reconciling complex financial accounts using SAP, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing B2B collections efforts with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will handle inquiries and discussions regarding payments, ensuring that all interactions are conducted with professionalism and charm. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team during month-end financial activities, ensuring that all processes are completed accurately and on time. Your role will also involve the creation of detailed reports for management review, which will require you to innovate and improve reconciliation processes for greater efficiency. You will work closely with the Billing and Sales teams to address and resolve any invoicing errors that may arise. Maintaining meticulous records is essential, and you will need to apply your compliance insight to ensure that all financial activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP for accounts reconciliation and data analysis.
• Strong collection skills and experience in B2B collections.

• Familiarity with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Detail-oriented with strong detective skills for spotting discrepancies.
• Problem-solving skills for complex reconciliation challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player while also being independent in a dynamic environment.
