About the position

The Accounts Receivable Analyst position is a contract role based in Nashville, TN, focusing on managing customer inquiries related to accounts receivable in a high-volume call center environment. The role involves both in-office and remote work, providing flexibility in working hours while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution for customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls in a high-volume accounts receivable department and assist with AR-related customer inquiries.
• Manage high-volume AR department email inboxes.
• Escalate issues and difficult matters to the appropriate department.
• Effectively utilize technology and other tools to accomplish tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of prior call center experience
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Personal accountability and attention to detail
• Team player with a high sense of urgency
• High level of integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced knowledge/experience of Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
