About the position

The Accounts Receivable Associate - Customer Service role at Reyes Beer Division combines accounting skills with customer service expertise. The position involves managing accounts receivable processes while ensuring effective communication and relationship management with both internal and external customers. Responsibilities

• Manage an AR inbound phone queue.
• Analyze incoming payments to determine proper application.
• Accounts Receivable management (collections, research pay agreements, accuracy, etc.).
• Customer relationship management for both internal and external customers (communication, reporting, resolving issues, providing feedback, etc.).
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a similar job function.
• Intermediate MS computer skills and understanding of information systems concepts.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• The ability to effectively perform under a heavy-volume, time-constraints environment.
