As an Accounts Receivable Associate I, you will provide financial, administrative, and processing support of various payments under general supervision. Your role will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. You will be responsible for preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry, entering data into the accounting system while ensuring all Club and department procedures are maintained, and complying with data integrity and security policies. In this position, you will verify data entry for accuracy and correct data where necessary. You will prepare and distribute invoices, ensuring they comply with organizational policies and accurately reflect charges incurred. Additionally, you will prepare statements, vouchers, and other documents, conduct account research and analysis, and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, researching and resolving basic concerns or discrepancies. You will also assist branch offices, the membership sales department, and member relation stores in solving member issues, while developing a comprehensive knowledge of department and Club policies and procedures. Building professional relationships with co-workers, branch management, and industry contacts will be essential to your success in this role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate's Degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Related experience required with High School Diploma or no experience required with Associate's Degree in Accounting.
