About the position

The Accounts Receivable Associate position at Reyes Holdings is a full-time role that combines accounting skills with accounts payable and receivable functions, alongside strong customer service experience. This unique position allows you to engage in various financial tasks while being part of a dedicated team of finance and accounting professionals. The role emphasizes the importance of analytical skills and customer relationship management, ensuring that you can effectively manage accounts receivable processes while maintaining excellent communication with both internal and external customers. In this position, you will be responsible for timely and accurate supplier billing, analyzing incoming payments to determine their proper application, and journalizing and reconciling entries to the accounts receivable sub-ledger. You will also manage accounts receivable tasks such as collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings. Additionally, you will be tasked with the creation of various bill back invoices, maintaining both hard copy and electronic files, and generating reports that communicate essential information to stakeholders. Customer relationship management is a key component of this role, as you will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues, and provide feedback. The position may also involve other projects or duties as assigned, making it a dynamic role within the finance department.

Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate supplier billing
  • Analyze incoming payments to determine proper application

  • Creation of various bill back invoices
  • File maintenance (both hard copies and e-files)

  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a similar job function
  • Intermediate MS computer skills and understanding of information systems concepts
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to effectively perform under a heavy-volume, time-constraints environment
  • Must pass a post-offer background and drug test
