About the position

The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist at Jackson Mechanical is responsible for generating timely and accurate customer invoices, playing a crucial role in the small Accounting & Finance Team. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an office environment. The specialist will ensure compliance with financial policies while maintaining high productivity and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish a business relationship with internal and external customers.
• Consistently demonstrate a high level of productivity with high quality outcomes.
• Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Process credit card payments.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's financial policies and procedures as they relate to invoicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of one-two years related experience in invoicing/receivables processing.

• BS in Business, Finance or Economics.
• Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software or BuildOps operating software.
• AIA/Construction billing experience.
