About the position

LLI Architectural Lighting is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. This role is essential for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Responsibilities

• Entering deposits and occasionally depositing checks to the bank
• Sending out daily invoices
• Preparing daily accounting/operational reports
• Entering bills into the system
• Corresponding with customers and vendors on questions
• Assisting accounting with ad-hoc reports and month-end close

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Proficient with QuickBooks Enterprise (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of basic accounting functionality
• Strong attention to detail

Nice-to-haves

• Lighting industry experience (a plus)
