About the position

The Accounts Receivable Clerk/Bookkeeper position is essential for managing billing processes, invoicing, and bank deposits within a rapidly growing national construction and lien service. This role requires a responsible individual with experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, who can work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Responsibilities

  • Billing, emailing invoices and preparing bank deposits.
  • Collecting on past due accounts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks on an as needed basis.
  • Keeping financial information confidential.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience working in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
