We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Automated Building Components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and monitoring incoming payments, ensuring the security of revenue by verifying and posting receipts accurately. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a small office environment. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be expected to handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. The position involves coding, posting, and receipting payments, performing credit analysis, and reconciling accounts. Additionally, the clerk will collaborate with the accounts payable team to facilitate seamless financial transactions. The role is full-time, requiring attendance and teamwork, as you will be working closely with three other team members in the office. We are willing to train candidates who show a willingness to learn, even if they have limited experience in accounts receivable.
