We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team here at Domestic Uniform Rental, where we have been providing the industry's best service to our customers for over 90 years! As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include handling and posting payments to customer account balances, answering inbound phone calls, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner. You will also review payment histories with customers to help resolve account discrepancies, prepare and distribute managerial reports, and assist the General Manager with miscellaneous projects. This position is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
