Responsibilities

• Process various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers.
• Address payment-related inquiries or issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers as a customer service expert.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes, delivering outstanding service.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable activities for the financial team.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in accounts receivable to drive improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and basic understanding of financial statements.
