About the position

The Accounts Receivable Clerk at Fogle Pump & Supply, Inc. is responsible for managing customer accounts and processing payments. This part-time position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle invoicing, customer service, and account management tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Receive payments and manage all customer accounts.
  • Send out monthly statements and pursue past due accounts.
  • Organize customer files and invoice pump installation/drilling jobs.
  • Post invoices and payments to customer accounts.
  • Process daily invoices, including checking and correcting charge counter sales.
  • Mail out invoices and type up flow tests.
  • Pull customer files as needed.
  • Act as the primary customer service representative in the office.
  • Answer phone calls and direct customers appropriately.
  • Research for realtors and customers as required.
  • Assist employees with faxing, typing, and special projects.
  • Prepare and send out well drilling packets to prospective customers.
  • Open mail and distribute accordingly.
  • Process drilling paperwork including credit checks and acquiring drilling permits.
  • Prepare customer files and driller packets with required information.
  • Attend weekly safety meetings and report incidents and near misses.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ten key by touch proficiency.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in accounting, Quickbooks, and Service Titan.
