About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage and maintain accurate records of incoming payments and provide support in financial reporting. This full-time permanent position requires a strong background in accounting and accounts receivable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct account analysis to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable team to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions and customer communications.

Requirements

  • Excel proficiency is a must.
  • Accounts Receivable experience is required.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Experience with financial software and public accounting practices is essential.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts related to accounts receivable management.
  • Ability to follow directions well.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze account data effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
