About the position

Syman Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in our Nampa, Idaho Accounting office. This position is an entry-level clerical role that can expand as Syman grows. The role is full-time and will report to the Controller, focusing on processing transactions and assisting with accounts receivable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Processing of Time & Material (T&M) transactions.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Specialist with setting up new Project file folders.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Specialist with uploading forms for digital records.
• Work with operational groups to ensure accuracy of AR Invoice as compared to contract.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Specialist with reconciling customer accounts.
• Collection follow-up on past due invoices as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to take direction.
• High School graduate or higher.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
