About the position

We are offering an opportunity in Oceanside, California for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to bring their skills to our team. This role will focus on maintaining accurate customer records, processing invoices, and resolving discrepancies in a dynamic environment. This opportunity provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency in the processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer credit records
• Manage and coordinate invoicing and pricing maintenance activities
• Actively review invoices for any discrepancies and take corrective action
• Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail
• Understand and apply pricing structure knowledge to tasks
• Interact with sales and finance teams to understand costing and pricing calculations
• Navigate through EDI portals for invoicing tasks
• Recognize and rectify any dual entry issues in the system
• Stay abreast of mass price changes across the board and adjust accordingly.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
• Prior experience with Billing processes and systems is required
• Demonstrated ability in Cash Collections is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected
• Familiarity with Oracle software is necessary

• Experience with SAP is a desirable attribute
