About the position

SATCO Products is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist to manage financial transactions and collections for the company. This full-time position is based in Miami Gardens and involves processing payments, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with the Customer Service Department to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, credit card payments, and credits.
• Perform account reconciliation.
• Manage heavy collections, credit holds, and order releasing.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and issues.
• Assist the Customer Service Department when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable and Business to Business Collections.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using an AS400 system is preferred.
• Experience navigating customer portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
