As an Accounts Receivable/Collections Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our receivables and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This position is essential for maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring that all accounts are monitored effectively and that payments are processed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for handling collections, which involves communicating with clients to resolve any outstanding balances and ensuring that all financial records are maintained accurately. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be vital in identifying discrepancies and ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly. In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that all invoices are issued correctly and that any issues are resolved promptly. You will also be responsible for generating reports on accounts receivable status and collections efforts, which will be used to inform management decisions. This is an in-office position, requiring you to work Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours a week.
