About the position

The Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist role is a temporary-to-hire position focused on managing accounts receivable processes, including handling incoming communications, processing transactions, and resolving payment issues. This position is essential for maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely collections and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming AR phone calls, emails, and texts.
  • Run aging reports.
  • Process credit/debit memos.
  • Resolve payment issues and reissue invoices when needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Business-to-Business Collections.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • SAP experience is a huge plus.
