About the position

Kelly Services is currently seeking Accounts Receivable Call Center Representatives for a temp-to-hire position in El Paso, Texas. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails to clients, addressing their billing requests and issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating the status of payments, posting confirmations from cash operations, managing disputes, and understanding invoices to assist with reconciliation. Additionally, the representative will handle client reports and manage aged or open items on accounts. The position requires analyzing and researching client requests, performing assigned Invoice to Cash tasks accurately, and working collaboratively with business units or clients to resolve routine requests. Providing world-class service with each interaction is essential to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The representative will also prepare data files and correspondence for distribution to clients and work with banks to resolve client payment issues, all while exceeding phone metrics and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to clients, resolving client billing requests and issues
  • Update status of payments, post confirmations from cash operations, handle disputes, understand invoices and requests to assist with reconciliation, handle client reports, handle aged/open items on accounts
  • Resolve simple accounts receivable disputes
  • Analyze and research client requests
  • Perform assigned Invoice to Cash and work cases accurately and within stipulated timelines by partnering with business units and/or working with the client to understand and resolve routine requests
  • Provide world-class service with each interaction to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare data files and correspondences for distribution to clients
  • Work with banks to resolve client payment issues
  • Exceed phone metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Call center experience
  • Basic accounts receivable knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Excellent organizational skills
