About the position

The Accounts Receivable Collector at DISA Global Solutions is responsible for reconciling complex collection site invoices, processing payments, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external clients. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial transactions and fostering positive vendor relationships within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles complex collection site invoices to the DISAWorks® database according to defined procedures.
• Identifies pricing discrepancies and initiates corrective action.
• Processes payments quickly to maintain and improve relationships with vendors.
• Communicates effectively, promptly, and professionally with internal and external clients.
• Works with other department members to identify and implement business process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma with four (4) years of collections experience, or an associate degree with two (2) years of collections experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Great Plains system.
