About the position

The position involves a variety of essential duties and responsibilities primarily focused on the management of accounts receivable and related financial tasks. The individual will be responsible for preparing and distributing invoices, processing cash receipts, and preparing checks for deposit while ensuring the verification of bank transactions. A significant part of the role includes processing transactions in the D365 accounting system and following up on outstanding accounts receivable. The employee will also be tasked with processing various daily reports and maintaining organized accounts receivable filing systems. Month-end reconciliations and recording daily box office sales are critical components of the job, along with reconciling weekly Ticketmaster reports by event. Additionally, the role may require the preparation of pro-forma invoices and involvement in other administrative and office projects as assigned. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities, allowing the individual to focus on the essential duties without the added complexity of managing a team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities to ensure they can fulfill the essential functions of the job. The work environment may require the employee to move around the facility, stand for long hours during events, and communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of office/clerical experience preferred
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to prioritize schedules and work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to learn other software
