About the position

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Silverado Resort is responsible for managing guest billing processes, ensuring timely collection, and maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with company policies. This part-time role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to resort standards while handling various financial tasks related to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper review and timely processing of all guest billing and collections.
  • Adhere to the company's service culture and participate in team member referral programs.
  • Maintain SVRs Billing Systems and assist in establishing customer credit.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely invoices, statements, and schedules.
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries and communicate issues to relevant departments.
  • Maintain an efficient collection process, including filing, tracing, and collection calls.
  • Monitor guest ledger and advance deposit ledger for internal control.
  • Implement credit training in the operating department.
  • Attend and contribute to periodic meetings to improve morale and productivity.
  • Keep supervisor informed of unusual events or deviations from policies.

Requirements

  • At least one year of progressive experience in a resort or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • College course work in a related field is helpful.
