About the position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team in the Business Services industry. This role is responsible for managing and processing all incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will maintain customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with clients regarding their accounts, playing a key role in the financial stability and success of the company.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Business Services industry
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
