About the position

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator at DonorConnect is responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable operations and administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities. The coordinator will manage accurate case IDs and perform various accounting and administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the mission of a nonprofit organization dedicated to recovering organs and tissues for life-saving transplants.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounts receivable operations and administration.
  • Manage accurate case IDs and other accounting duties.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in handling information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and clerical functions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under stress and independently.
