About the position

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Presence Marketing, LLC is responsible for managing and analyzing commission statements, purchase orders, and sales data to ensure accurate and timely payments for the company. This role involves close collaboration with the AR Commission Analyst and requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire commission statements and prepare details for entry into the AR Sales and Commission Tracking Application.
  • Capture, organize, and reconcile sales and commission details for analysis by the AR Analyst.
  • Build and format Excel spreadsheets and enter data into existing spreadsheets.
  • Reformat electronic commission statement details and reconcile supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Consolidate purchase order details in Excel and reconcile them against commission statements.
  • Record and communicate findings to the AR Analyst.
  • Follow up on outstanding collection issues and statements specific to your line list.

Requirements

  • Preferred 3 years' Accounts Receivable or Collections experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced skills in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate math aptitude.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
