About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our company's financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial software, bookkeeping/accounting, and credit analysis. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring timely collection of receivables and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable department, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Conduct credit analysis to assess customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging reports on accounts receivable performance for senior management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts receivable management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general accounting principles.
• Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform credit analysis effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
