The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the accounts receivable processes within a leading construction company. Responsibilities

• Oversee and resolve accounts receivable issues.
• Ensure efficient and timely billing processes.
• Perform credit checks and maintain customer data.
• Manage collections and resolve payment conflicts.
• Facilitate aging meetings and coordinate with division managers.
• Support cash forecasting and assist with month-end close.
• Ensure timely posting of payments, credit and rebills, and filing of invoices.
• Manage daily billing and tax exemptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
