About the position

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager in Fullerton, California. This role will be pivotal in supervising our AR and billing team while ensuring efficient and accurate management of customer accounts. The successful candidate will be essential in maintaining our financial health and ensuring our sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Receivable team and ensure efficient performance
• Process complex invoicing methods including OEM, Wholesale, and direct to consumer
• Maintain and review account reconciliations, including AR, Accruals, and bad debt
• Manage AR collections from key strategic partners
• Ensure correct application of sales commissions credits
• Handle invoicing requirements including Bills of Lading and related documentation
• Perform AR Aging and cash flow flux analysis
• Utilize MS Excel for Vlook ups, Pivot Tables, and other functions
• Work with large ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics
• Support the annual year-end audit.

Requirements

• Intermediate user of MS Excel (Vlook ups, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with large ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in account reconciliations (AR, Accruals, and bad debt)
• Understanding of complex invoicing methods (OEM, Wholesale, direct to consumer)
• Experience managing a team

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AR collections from key strategic partners
• Understanding of strategic partners including contract terms, payment portals, shipment terms, sales commissions credits applied correctly
• Experience in a large company environment
