About the position

The Accounts Receivable Mid Level position is responsible for supporting the controllership team through data gathering and documentation. This role involves preparing accurate and timely reports, participating in financial initiatives, and managing reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis. The position is contract-based and requires a commitment to working onsite after a temporary hybrid period.

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow tasks assigned by manager within set timelines.
• Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments, as needed.
• Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives.
• Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Requires 3-4 years of relevant experience.
